Clear Hosting provides game server hosting and related account services subject to availability, payment and these terms.

2. Payments and renewals

Services are billed according to the selected billing cycle. Unpaid services may be suspended or terminated according to the billing notices shown in the client area.

3. Acceptable use

Customers must not use services for unlawful activity, malware distribution, attacks, abuse, copyright infringement or activity that harms the network or other customers.

4. Backups

Customers remain responsible for keeping independent copies of important data, even where a hosting plan includes backup functionality.

5. Refunds

Refund eligibility should be stated clearly in the final refund policy before launch.
